The defendant is not guilty. The summary of the judgment against the defendant shall be published.
Reasons
1. The Defendant is a person known as an expert who issues a prompt-to-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-be-
The Defendant took over E which does not actually engage in the business by providing funds, and D and F opened an additional account in the name of E, secured a large quantity of bills at the bank, and had the Defendant issued a bbbbbbbbing note and distributed 3 million won per sheet with the Defendant.
Any person who intends to engage in the business of issuing, discounting, trading, arranging, accepting and guaranteeing bills with their maturity maturity within one year of violation of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act shall obtain authorization from the Financial Services Commission.
Nevertheless, from July 2009 to October 2009, the Defendant and D/F sold 128 bills as shown in the attached list of crimes, including sales of one bill issued in the name of E (H, issue amount of 9940,000 won declared, issue amount of 990,000 won, and crime list 34) from the E office located in the second floor of Busan Dong-gu G, Busan, to a distribution operator whose name is unknown.
(F) The Defendant, in collusion with D and F, engaged in short-term financial business without obtaining authorization from the Financial Services Commission.
B. The Defendant, in collusion with D or F, sold to the circulation staff who did not know the name of 128 bills issued from July 2009 to October 2009 as described in paragraph (1) and distributed them during the market.
(1) On December 2009, I, J, and I committed the crime, at the office located in the Northern-gu, Busan, and the office located in the Northern-gu, Busan, one bill of exchange (H, the amount of 9.4 million won reported, the amount of 9.4 million won, and the list of crimes No. 34) which was purchased by J in the face value of 1.6 million won.
At that time, the bill is not issued for normal transactions, but the bill is defaulted.
