The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
According to Article 186(1) of the Civil Procedure Act applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 65 of the Criminal Procedure Act, when a person to receive service outside of work place is not present at the place where service is to be made, documents may be delivered to a person living together with intelligence to make a reasonable judgment. According to the records of this case, the defendant dissatisfied with the judgment of the court below and filed an appeal on September 26, 2012, and the defendant F, a person living together with the defendant, was served with a written notification of the receipt of the trial records at this court on November 2, 2012, and the defendant was found to have failed to file the written statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days, a lawful period for submitting the written statement of grounds for appeal from November 2, 2012, and the defendant's written appeal of the defendant does not include the grounds for appeal, and even if examining the records, it is impossible
Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Articles 361-4(1) and 361-3(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
