1. Defendant B’s KRW 155,000,000, and 20% per annum from July 11, 2015 to September 30, 2015, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Upon Defendant B’s request, the Plaintiff was a bank account in the name of Defendant B, a real operator, D (the above company was changed to E on December 2, 2014), with January 15, 2014, and the same year.

2. 25.25,000,000 won, and the same year.

3. 10.5,00,000 won, and the same year.

3. 14.15,00,000 won, and the same year.

3. 20.25,000,000 won, and the same year.

6. 5.18,900,000 won, and the same year.

7. 15.10,000,000 won was remitted respectively.

B. Defendant B: (a) each written instrument of borrowing KRW 30,00,000 from the Plaintiff on January 14, 2014, KRW 25,000,000, and KRW 25,000 on February 25, 2014, and KRW 20,000 on March 14, 2014; (b) each of the above loan certificates (hereinafter referred to as “the instant loan certificate”) was written by the Defendants as joint and several sureties; and (c) the Defendants’ seals are affixed to each of the above loan certificates.

C. On July 15, 2014, Defendant B: (a) borrowed KRW 130,00,000 from the Plaintiff; and (b) completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to real estate located in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City F and G, Defendant B prepared and issued a confirmation letter stating that “I will establish a collateral security upon completion of construction work on one occasion every 80 days; and (c) written “C” and “B” are written in the debtor column of the said confirmation document; (d) the Defendants’ seal impression is affixed on each name; and (e) the Defendants’ seal impression is attached thereto.

After that, on September 1, 2014, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 10,000,000 to the bank account in the name of D Co., Ltd.

E. Defendant B, on December 2, 2014, ordered the Plaintiff to borrow KRW 155,00,000 from the Plaintiff and repay until July 2015, and in the event of nonperformance, he/she will transfer ownership after deducting the Plaintiff from the person having the provisional registration right with respect to the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City F and G real estate.
