Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 05:30 on September 3, 2014, the Defendant expressed the victim C (the age of 42) who is the same prisoner in the Gyeyang Prison B, “I will not undergo a newspaper.” On the other hand, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim C (the age of 42) such as a bad heat, etc., for which it is difficult for the victim to know the number of days of treatment by walking the victim at one time.
