A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) is a person engaging in driving service of 125 cc without registration;

On September 22, 2016, around 08:40 on September 2, 2016, the Defendant proceeded along the crosswalk in front of the Cmast in the Yongsan-gu, Changwon-si B with two-lanes along the two-lane distance from the side of the front line.

Since a crosswalk is installed, there was a duty of care to check whether there is a person to walk up the road thoroughly in front of the road and drive the road to prevent accidents.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected this and found the victim D (e.g., age 51) who dried the crosswalk from the right side of the proceeding to the left side by finding it late, and operated the brake rapidly, but the defendant did not avoid the situation, and caused the victim to go beyond the crosswalk due to the collision with the above part of the defendant's driver's driving.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injuries, such as cage cages and tensions, which require approximately two weeks of medical treatment from the victim due to the above occupational negligence.

2. On June 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the illegal use of air defense and the Automobile Management Act: (a) attached the H number plate in the name of G kept by the F of the Defendant’s operation in Changwon-si, Changwon-si E on the above part of the Defendant’s vehicle registration number plate; and (b) used it unlawfully.

3. The Defendant exercised the air units illegally used by operating the vibert Ba, which attached the number plate removed from the inside of G name, at the location of Paragraph 1, at the time and time set forth in Paragraph 1.
