Punishment of the crime

If money is remitted to the domestic account, the Defendant will deposit the principal into the limited financing company.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not deposit this money with limited financial loans and was planned to use it individually, but the defendant concealed this circumstance.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received money of KRW 10 million from the victim to the Defendant’s personal compromise account on the same day.

B. Around June 20, 2013, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s office, by deceiving the said victim by the said method, and then, through the said method, remitted KRW 10 million from the victim to the Defendant’s agricultural bank account on the same day.
