All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

The court below, based on the evidence submitted by the prosecutor, proved without reasonable doubt that the data of this case is non-public and economic usefulness or that G's own business secrets or major business assets are business assets.

On the ground that it is difficult to see that all of the facts charged of this case was not guilty, the first instance court maintained the judgment.

In light of the relevant legal principles and records, the lower court erred by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding trade secrets and major business assets, or by misapprehending the rules of logic and experience, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
