Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 25, 2015, the Defendant, at around 20:15, 2015, performed alcohol at the main point of “D” located in Young-gun, Young-gun, Jeonnam, the Defendant: (a) went to the next table table; (b) went to the instant main shop proprietor E (23 years old); (c) went to the end; (d) put the bath to the end; and (e) collected the beer’s head on the table table; and (e) collected the beer’s disease, which is a dangerous object on the table table; and (e) laid to the victim’s head on about two weeks of treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
