A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. While no one imports ls, which is a local mental medicine, around August 7, 2017, the Defendant visited the Defendant’s residence in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and entered the place to receive lsD 25, which is a local mental medicine, as the Defendant’s residence, and imported lsD by allowing the Defendant to arrive at the Incheon International Port through “Korea Kbco Exchange,” which is a non-coin handling company, 0.0322 of the above lsD 25 (US$ 109), and then importing lsD through F around the 13th day of the same month, by allowing the Defendant to arrive at the international commercial mail (G) concealed by the head of 25th day of the above lsD.
2. On August 11, 2017, the Defendant, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) around August 1, 201, ordered that it would be 25 of MDMA (one name, "EXP"; hereinafter referred to as "EXP") which is a native mental medicine, connected to the above site, and transferred the price to a non-registered non-registered account of approximately 0.01487 non-copi ( approximately 45 U.S.) to the non-registered cocoin account of the above name of the victim, and imported an international mail (I) of which the above EXP was concealed 25 U.S. via H around the 19th of the same month.
3. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, around August 18, 2017, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1. Around August 18, 2017, the Defendant ordered X-si 10 to J, and transferred the price of 0.01448 bit non-expon ($ 67) to the account of the above name in the bitcoin of the boxes, via K around the 28th of the same month, imported the X-si by allowing the said international mail (L) with the 10 xcoon to arrive at the Incheon International Airport.
4. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, around August 24, 2017, ordered that the place indicated in the above 1. Paragraph (1), and the site described in the above 3.
