A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 6, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the performance of special official duties is committing suicide in front of the building of the building of the Gyeong Chang-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Seoul around October 21, 2017.
