Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2017, around 14:15, the Defendant driven a B e-car without a driver’s license from the front road of the Home Mart in the Daegu Seocheon-gu, Daegu-gu to the front road of the new line in the same Dong from approximately 100 meters to the new line in the same Dong.
