Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall sell alcoholic beverages which are drugs harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless, around 03:00 on January 28, 2013, the Defendant sold 2 bottles and 2 bottles, which are drugs harmful to juveniles, to E (the age of 17) and F (the age of 17), a juvenile, who was a customer, at the main point of “D’s operation,” located in the first floor (C) underground of the building B in North-gu, Northern-gu, North Korea, and the Defendant sold to E (the age of 17).
