Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who operates a singing practice room with the trade name of "Ding practice room" in Daegu Dong-gu B(C).

A person who operates a singing practice room is prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages to customers. On September 17, 2013, the Defendant sold 24,000 won including an overdraft three of the instant singing practice room to customers at around 00:40 on September 17, 2013.
