Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 20,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2,500,000 from the Incheon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a summary order of KRW 5,00,000 from the Gangnam Branch of the Chuncheon District Court to a fine for the same crime on July 4, 2016.

1. On October 30, 2016, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.14% in blood without a driver’s license from the front side of the 18-8 km-dong square of Gangseo-si, Gangseo-si, 100-h, to the front side of the road at around 1km-do, 100-h, to the front side of the road at around D-do, the Defendant driven a Vietnam-style cruise car without a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Vietnam-be cruise car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving).

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol as above at the time of the day set forth in paragraph 1, was driving the said car along the three-lanes of the three-lane road, which is located on the front road of Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, J. D. at the jurisdiction of the Gangwon-do dental university.

Since there is a delivery on the right side of the road, there was a duty of care to safely drive the vehicle along the lane by thoroughly operating the steering gear and brake system in the front direction in the driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, went away from the vehicle and delivered it by negligence without neglecting the above duty of care, was driving the bicycle left part of the victim FF (33 Do) driving on the right side of the road in the course of riding a bicycle according to the bicycle delivery, and was driving the bicycle front part of the victim G (25 Do) driving.

In the end, the Defendant is driving the said car under the influence of alcohol which is difficult to drive normally, and the Defendant is outside the left slife of the victim F in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment.
