1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court, and KRW 3.5 million as a fine at the Changwon District Court on March 19, 2012.

The defendant is a person engaging in driving a NAS car.

Around 04:05 on February 16, 2014, while the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.05% a blood alcohol concentration of 0.05%, the Defendant driven the said car and continued to drive the said car as the front part of the Defendant’s driver’s seat on the front side of the f.05 taxi driving route in front of the Changwon city, the front part of the f.5 taxi driving route in front of the Changwon city, with approximately 60km speed from the lucular road to the Do government. As above, the Defendant: (a) while driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol, while driving the vehicle at the speed of about 60km from the lucular road; (b) while driving the f.5 taxi in front of the Defendant’s driver’s seat on the front side of the f.5 taxi in front of the f.5 taxi in front of the c. G. driver’s back of the 38 H taxi in front of the 38 H taxi.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim E, such as brain salvine which requires treatment for about three weeks, injury to the victim I (the victim I (the victim), who was on board the said taxi, for about five weeks of treatment, such as chest 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8, and injury to the victim G, such as light salvinum which requires treatment for about two weeks of treatment.
