1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiff is a legal entity that operates the construction business, and C was working in the Plaintiff Company from around 1998 to April 2009. 2) C is a legal spouse of the Defendant.

D was the legal spouse of E, the defendant's birth, and died around August 201.

B. On January 12, 2011, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Defendant was made on the real estate listed in [Attachment List 1 and 2 (hereinafter referred to as “1 real estate,” and “second real estate”) owned by the Defendant 1, 2, and F, with respect to the real estate listed in [Attachment List 1, 2, and 1/2, each of which was jointly owned by the Defendant 1, 2, on December 16, 201.

The market price of 1 and 2 real estate is KRW 7,95,300, KRW 75,762,00 each as of December 16, 2010, and KRW 9,190,000, KRW 94,001,00 each as of May 20, 2015.

C. The Defendant’s transfer registration of ownership of the third or sixth real estate 1) the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table No. 3 (hereinafter “third real estate”) owned by G as the Defendant’s words.

On October 7, 2003, the Suwon District Court rendered a registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant on the ground of sale on September 3, 2009, under the title of Suwon District Court, No. 109570 on October 7, 2003, and on September 3, 2009, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant was made on March 27, 1995 on the real estate listed in attached Form No. 4 (hereinafter referred to as “fourth real estate”), which was jointly owned by the defendant, with shares of 113/410, and shares of 297/410 on March 27, 1995.

3) Real estate listed in paragraph 5 of the attached Table No. 5 owned by H (hereinafter “Real Estate No. 5”)

(4) On December 21, 1995, the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant was made with respect to the real estate listed in paragraph (6) of the attached Table No. 6 (hereinafter referred to as “six real estate”) in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch No. 12347, Dec. 21, 1995, with respect to the real estate listed in the attached Table No. 1262 as of January 8, 1996.
