Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although a person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation and an entrusted business entity, who violated the National Sports Promotion Act, did not provide property or property benefits to a person who correctly predicted the outcome by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things, the Defendant, in collusion with D, etc., operated an online private sports betting site, “E”, which is a private sports betting site, by providing the Defendant’s national bank, and the new bank’s each deposit account, to make it possible for the members to receive sports betting, and managing the said website by paying the dividend amount to a person who correctly predicted the outcome of the above online sports betting, in collusion with D, etc.

2. In collusion with D, the Defendant opened an online gambling site for the purpose of profit-making, such as having many and unspecified persons enjoy money from sports events, and recover money from those who did not know the result at the above time and place.
