Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 13, 2015, the Defendant driven a twiter on 18:35 U.S. on April 13, 2015, and tried to proceed to the loading and unloading of 3 lines in the line located in the new port of Gangseo-gu Busan, Busan, with approximately 5 km in the direction of modern new port located in GM cases.

Since there is a body for loading and unloading, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by checking the front side and the left and right of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, however, has been plucked up to the right side of the damage by plucking up the clicker which is working on the container shop.

The negligence that did not discover the victim B who was unloaded from the road and proceeded without finding it, caused the victim's death by shocking the part on the right side of the vehicle and damaging the two sides at the site.
