Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On May 18, 201, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Southern District Court on May 18, 201 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Incheon Detention Center on January 19, 2012.

The Defendants, even though they were not authorized to handle psychotropic drugs, dealt with psychotropic drugs, such as medication, sale, etc., even though they did not deal with psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as “clogram”) as follows.

1. Defendant A

A. On September 23, 2013, around 23:00, the Defendant purchased phiphones by 600,000 won to sexually incurable D, within the trading telescopes located in the Daegu-si, Seo-gu, Daegu-si, the Defendant purchased approximately 1.5g phiphones from sexually French D in return.

B. At around 04:00 on September 25, 2013, the Defendant, within the toilet located in the F convenience store located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, in a single-use injection machine, 0.06g of philophones and clophones were melted with philophones, and administered philophones by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.

2. From September 25, 2013, the Defendants jointly committed the crime: (a) around 15:50 on September 25, 2013, put up approximately 0.12 gramoponon in the hotel G H 801 located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government by dividing two half of the disposable injection machine in which Defendant A was in possession; (b) in each of the disposable injection machine, the phiopon was melted into one’s arms, and the phiopon was injected into one’s arms.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to administer philophones.

Defendant B, “2014 Highest910,” is not a narcotics handler.

1. On December 22, 2011, Defendant B, at around 20:0 on December 22, 2011, put approximately 0.08g of psychotropic drugs, in one-time injection machine, psychotropic drugs, in the non-acturine adjacent to the Newcheon Station located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, for approximately 0.08g of psychotropic drugs, in one-time injection machine, and then in one of them is injected into I arms, and then in one arms.
