1. Basic facts

A. On October 11, 2014, the Plaintiff entered into the instant sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Marart livestock store operated by the Defendant in Young-si District C (hereinafter “instant sales store”).

(2) The sales contract of the store shuts (hereinafter “the sales contract of the instant case”) is set at KRW 300 million and the contract term of 24 months is set at KRW 300,000,000.

(2) The main contents of the instant contract are as follows: (a) the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant (hereinafter referred to as “store owner”) and the Plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as “occupant”) to pay KRW 300 million to the Defendant under the said contract.

Article 3 (Entry Deposit, Rent, etc.) (1) 300 million won: 2.0 million won: 11% (including card fees) of sales (including 2.5%) (1) the store owner shall notify the tenant of the detailed statement of sales after closing on every seven days (day to day or Sundays).
