Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 25, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment for one year and three months at the Jeju District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion upon Residence, Rape, etc.). On October 21, 2014, Defendant A terminated the execution of the sentence at Jeju Prison.

1. On February 4, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against D, on February 4, 2017, at around 22:30 on February 4, 2017, 2017, with 4 knife ties in front of “F operated by the victim D” in Western City E; (b) the business was completed and the management was neglected; and (c) dnifed with 4 knifes in excess of 10,00 won at the market price, which is the victim’s possession while keeping in the display stand.

3. On May 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from around 20:00 on May 22, 2017, embezzled articles that he/she occupied;

Around 23. 01:02, the Defendant: (a) acquired one agricultural credit card No. 1 lost by the Victim J; and (b) embezzled one color-defluoring one credit card No. 1 on the new credit card No. 1 on May 28, 2017; and (c) embezzled one copy of the Agricultural Cooperative’s lost credit card No. 1 on the roads near the G pharmacy located in Seopo-si, Seopo-si; (b) embezzled one copy of the agricultural credit card No. 1 on May 1, 2017, which was lost by the Victim M; and (c) embezzled one on the roads near the K in Seopo-si, Seopo-si; and (d) embezzled one on June 1, 2017, using the cell phone No. 1000 on the roads owned by the Plaintiff No. 1580, Jun. 10, 2017; and (c) embezzled one on the roads owned by the Plaintiff No. 1 on the first NA. 1 on the road. 15.
