On June 4, 2013, at around 19:00, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 0.157% of blood alcohol level at around 0.157%, which is under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant driven a vehicle of 19:4 meters at a distance of about 4 meters within the parking lot of Maul-gu, Nam-gu, Ocheon-gu, Ocheon-gu.
