1. The plaintiff, the defendant B, and I shall share 5/20 of co-owners' shares in the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a clan naturally formed with descendants who jointly set up N 14 years oldO.
B. On December 28, 1966, each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) was registered for preservation of ownership by sharing each 1/4 share of net P, net Q, Selection I, and Network R (hereinafter “titler”).
C. On June 25, 1981, Defendant B succeeded to 1/4 shares of the network by an agreement division and completed the entire transfer registration on July 15, 2014.
The network P died on April 6, 1997, and died on December 24, 2005 and the spouse S and/or on December 24, 2005, the shares of the network P were inherited by the Defendant (Appointed Party), H, Appointer J, K, L, and M, each 1/20 shares.
E. On September 3, 200, the net Q succeeded to the respective 1/4 shares of Defendant C, D, E, F, and G, each of whom was their children.
F. On March 28, 2015, the Plaintiff held a clan meeting to cancel the title trust of the instant real estate and decided to transfer ownership in the name of the Plaintiff by cancelling the title trust.

2. In full view of the above facts and the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 16, the real estate in this case was owned by the plaintiff and entrusted the title of the real estate in this case to the plaintiff's title holder, and as seen above, the plaintiff notified the termination of the above title trust agreement with the delivery of the copy of the complaint in this case. Thus, the defendants and the designated parties are liable to implement the procedure for ownership transfer registration as to shares in the real estate in this case to the plaintiff, the real owner of the real estate in this case, on the ground that the title trust agreement was terminated.
