Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) while driving a rocketing car on the front of the bank in front of the bank of 269, the Defendant: (b) caused a traffic accident that shocks the seat of the crosswalk, which is a road, while drinking alcohol at around 01:40, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (c) in receipt of a report, and (d) driven a drinking alcohol, such as a drinking-free distance, by drinking alcohol from a police officer belonging to the police station of the Suwon-gu, the Suwon-gu, the Suwon-gu, the police station, who called on the site.

There is a reasonable reason to determine the person, who is requested from 02:04 to 02:29 of the same day to respond to the measurement of drinking on three occasions, but the person refuses to comply with the request for the measurement of drinking.
