Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant and the respondent for an attachment order against the victim D (hereinafter “Defendant”) had been aware of using a smartphone hosting called the victim and the Stockholm to rape by inducing the victim to a rare place, and by threatening the victim to know the fact, and further by threatening the victim to rape.
