1. Basic facts

A. B. (1) On December 29, 2013, Defendant B was not an employee employed by the non-party company at around 00:31, but, without the permission of the non-party company, driven the instant taxi by Defendant A with a feling and driving the instant taxi on the two-lanes of Doma4 from the west-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, to the Doma3 located in Seo-gu, Daejeon, and caused a traffic accident (hereinafter “the instant accident”) where a pedestrian D, who illegally crossed the instant taxi to the above intersection from the right side of the instant taxi to the left side of the front side of the instant taxi (hereinafter “instant accident”).
