Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 01:00 on May 12, 2018, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd. under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.220% at a section of approximately 3 km from the front of a restaurant in the address of the Gannam-si, Seoul, to the front of the Kando Service Center.
