The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below is too unreasonable to punish the defendant as to the summary of the grounds for appeal.

2. The lower court determined the Defendant’s punishment on the grounds of sentencing as stated in its reasoning. In light of the records, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable even if comprehensively considering the circumstances presented by the lower court and all the sentencing conditions shown in the proceedings of pleadings in this case.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal of this case is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
