A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 21:22, on the front side of the “H restaurant” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G, on the ground that the victim I (28 tax) who driven a cargo vehicle reported the victim I (28 tax) himself and herself, and (b) made it possible for the victim to take part in the victim’s inside of the vehicle due to drinking, and (c) again made it possible for the victim to take part in the victim’s arms, and (d) once the victim, etc. who suffered from launching and drinking, the Defendant set up a frame, etc. on the left-hand side of the river ( approximately 6 weeks).
