1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,538,199 and interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from August 14, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed the Plaintiff; and (b) “debtor” shall be deemed the Defendant.
3. To reflect changes in statutory interest rates under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Partial Dismissal of Lawsuits;
