A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2015, the Defendant: (a) collected marijuana 2 from the hemp plant, and loaded it in the tools of the said vehicle until January 2016, in order to detect and smoke the two weeks of the hemp plant that were born in Yasan, while driving the 18:00 Crossing-gun Cargo Vehicles, and the C-wing and C-III, while driving the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant possessed marijuana for the purpose of smoking.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. On October 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received marijuana of a quantity to smoke on one occasion from the cwinging Ⅲ, parked on the road in the front-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-Si around 18:0; and (b) collected it in the gambling paper made in the form of tobacco pipe; and (c) drown it as soon as possible after putting it into the smoking pipe.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

B. On October 10, 2015, the Defendant, within the 19:00 lower order of the 19:00 lower order, stored approximately 0.5gg of marijuana parked in E, as indicated in paragraph (1), into a tobacco paper, added a shot, added a shot, and smoked 21 times in total from around that time to around January 2016, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
