A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, from May 2013, committed the crime against the victim D, committed an indecent act against the victim of the victim’s family on the ground that the victim D (the age of 15) who was married with his/her father was not suitable for his/her parents, was paid at the Defendant’s home, with the opportunity to commit an indecent act against the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim who is a child or juvenile on two occasions.

B. On July 1, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (rape-rape, etc.) at the Defendant’s home located in Ulsan-dong F, Ulsan-gu, and around 17:00, in a manner that finds out the victim who was diving in the small wave located in his/her ward and commits an indecent act against the victim, and the victim’s head from the head to the arms of the victim who was in a state of failing to resist due to his/her familiarity to resist up to the part of his/her arms on several occasions.
