Punishment of the crime

On June 12, 2016, around 23:15, the Defendant driven a stop-pack vehicle in the state of alcohol concentration of 0.058% in blood alcohol level without a driver's license from the stop-pack to the stop-pak road of 107 Samcheon-ro 107 of the same Gu from the s to the stop-pack road of 100 meters in front of the stop-pack-do.
