Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million from the Suwon District Court as a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving). On June 19, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for the same crime from the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch as the same crime.

On August 21, 2013, at around 23:38, the Defendant driven a B-car with approximately 500 meters from the front of the Janyang-dong in Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the front of the Yanyang-dong 527th road in the same direction as the blood alcohol concentration of 0.156%.
