Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.114% in blood, on October 1, 2017, the Defendant driven a car between B and B at a road of approximately 300 meters from the vicinity of the Han apartment to the front of the life-saving household located in the same Dong-si, Kimhae-si around 00:50 on October 1, 2017.
