A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2016 Highest 1482" is a karaoke machine business operator who operates a singing practice room in Kimpo-si B.

Any karaoke machine business operator shall not sell or provide alcoholic beverages, and no one shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services to customers by singing or dancing, or arrange other persons to provide such services in a singing machine for profit.

Nevertheless, around April 27, 2016, the Defendant sold cans that are alcoholic beverages to three male customers, including D, at the above singing practice room on April 27, 2016, and assisted three female customers whose names are unknown to drink together with the above male customers and singing together with the above male customers.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 1628" is a person who operates a singing practice room in C from December 10, 2013 to Kimpo-si.

No one shall, for the purpose of profit-making, drink any alcoholic beverage with a customer, provide entertainment to any customer by singing or dancing, or arrange any other person to provide such an act.

Nevertheless, at around 22:30 on May 17, 2016, the Defendant arranged for an entertainment loan with male customers who found a place, such as singing, and thereby violated the obligations of the karaoke machine business operator.
