1. The plaintiff's respective claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. The following facts do not conflict between the parties or may be acknowledged in full view of Gap evidence Nos. 1, 3 through 5, 12 (including each number, if any, including each number; hereinafter the same shall apply), Eul evidence Nos. 1 and 5, and U’s testimony as a whole.

Defendant B is the Plaintiff’s largest son, U is the Plaintiff’s small son, and Defendant D, E, F, and G are the deceased’s successors, and Defendant H, I, and J are the deceased W’s successors, Defendant K, L, and M are the deceased X’s successors, and DefendantO, P, Q, R, S, and T are the deceased X’s successors.

B. On August 30, 197, the Plaintiff purchased real estate listed in [Attachment 1] Paragraph 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) from net V on August 30, 197, and then purchased it from netV.

9.2. Upon purchasing from Defendant N on September 8, 1980 the ownership transfer registration under Defendant B’s name (the trade of August 30, 197, the cause of the registration), and from Defendant N on September 8, 1980 the real estate listed in [Attachment List No. 6 (hereinafter “instant land 5”), the same year.

9. On April 18, 198, Defendant B purchased the ownership transfer registration in the name of Defendant B (the cause of the registration was September 8, 1980), ③ on April 18, 198, the real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the [Attachment List (hereinafter “instant land”) from the deceased W, and on the same day, the ownership transfer registration (the cause of the registration was the sale on April 18, 198), ④ on March 17, 190, the real estate listed in [Attachment List 4 and paragraph (5) of the [Attachment List 3 and 4] was purchased from the deceased X, and then the same year was purchased.

5. On March 17, 1990, the registration of ownership transfer (the cause of the registration was the sale on March 17, 1990) was newly constructed in the name of Defendant B; ⑤ around 1994, the building listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 2 (hereinafter “instant building”) on the land No. 1 of this case and on the area of 435.7 square meters in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, 1994; and on December 10, 1994, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of Defendant B; and ⑤ on January 30, 2002, the real estate listed in paragraph (7) of the attached Table No. 7 (hereinafter “instant 6 land”). On January 31, 2002, the registration of ownership transfer was made in the name of Defendant B (the sale on January 30, 2002).
