1.The judgment of the first instance, including a claim that has been reduced and expanded in the trial, shall be modified as follows:

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. A. Around January 5, 2005, gender-friendly industry development company (hereinafter “sexual-friendly industry development”) sold 122 units of apartment units unsold in two weeks, among the apartment units unsold in two weeks, when the development of sex-friendly industry was newly built on the K&P Co., Ltd.
