Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person may not reclaim or incinerate wastes at any place other than the waste disposal facilities permitted, approved, or reported pursuant to the Wastes Control Act. However, around June 20, 2013, the Defendant incinerated 100 kg of the remaining lusium after manufacturing a new brusium, which is the designated wastes generated at the place of business in Yangju-si, at a place other than the waste disposal facilities permitted, approved, or reported under the Wastes Control Act.
