Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On August 24, 2016, the Plaintiff was ordered to pay the Plaintiff KRW 54,090,49 and 20% interest per annum from July 21, 2015 to the date of full payment, upon receiving a payment order from the Ulsan District Court 2015 tea2735 against the Plaintiff Company E (hereinafter “E”), and the said payment order became final and conclusive at the same time.

E filed a lawsuit against F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) claiming the cost of construction for file-routing works among G apartment construction works (hereinafter “instant seized claim”) with the Gangnam District Court 2016Kadan4897 (hereinafter “related litigation”).
C. On January 18, 2017, the Plaintiff received a claim for the amount of money to be paid from F due to the instant payment order under the Chuncheon District Court Gangnam Branch Branch 2016TB2498, which was issued a claim amounting to KRW 65,966,612 (hereinafter “instant seizure order”), and participated in the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor as the Plaintiff’s succeeding intervenor, and paid KRW 64,802,721 and interest thereon to the Plaintiff annually from August 30, 2016 to September 23, 2016; and KRW 5% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.”
Meanwhile, on March 2, 2016, Defendant B issued a seizure and collection order (hereinafter “instant order of seizure”) with respect to the claim for the construction cost against file works among H and I works by the Chuncheon District Court Decision 2016TT Branch Branch 2016TT Branch 576, which was KRW 5,634,050, and Defendant C issued a seizure and collection order (hereinafter “instant order of seizure”) with respect to the claim for the construction cost of civil works among the works of the Daejeon High Apartment Branch 2016T Branch 719, March 14, 2016, Defendant C issued a seizure and collection order with the amount claimed as KRW 9,115,719, the amount claimed for the construction cost of civil works among the works of the Daejeon High Apartment Branch 2016 against E.
