Reasons

Punishment of the crime

Around 19:00 on May 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the Seoul Mine Police Station C Station located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu); (b) the police officers belonging to the said police station, who were called upon having received a report that “the Defendant is taking charge of the road front of bus stops,” sent the Defendant locking as protective measures pursuant to the Act on the Performance of Duties by Police Officers, and handed over the Defendant’s residence to the said police box having jurisdiction over the Defendant’s residence; and (c) the Defendant continued to take a bath on the ground that he was unable to take a lock, and assaulted the Defendant at the time of drinking his chest on two occasions while taking a bath to the said police box affiliated with the said C police box.
