Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2013, at around 23:58, the Defendant driven a B car at approximately 3 Kmm from the front day of the mutually aesthetic seat in the Daejeon Pungdong to the Donria road located in the Seo-gu Dondong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu.
