Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2014, around 21:55, the Defendant driven a two-freight truck, under the influence of alcohol content 0.11%, while driving a two-freight truck in the Hancheon-si, Hancheon-si, Suwon-si, 48 U.S. 7, Jinnam apartment parking lot, approximately 30 meters.
