When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2014, at around 10:30, the Defendant laid down the victim D (Nam, 34 years of age) on the street in front of Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu, on the ground that the victim did not display his own competitive company’s real estate leaflet advertisement in a usual sense, and she laid down the victim’s breath by hand over the floor by cutting down the victim’s breath, which was the victim’s breath.

As a result, the defendant put the victim with a scarcity that requires medical treatment for about 14 days.
