A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months in Seoul Western District Court for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.), and on October 6, 201, the period of the suspended sentence was four months after being sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Military Service Act at the Cheongju District Court Incheon Branch on October 6, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive.

The Defendant was released on March 29, 2013 while serving in prison for each of the above crimes, and the remaining term of imprisonment expired on May 20, 2013.

1. On March 30, 2014, around 18:40 on March 30, 2014, the Defendant injured by robbery, at the entertainment room “D” located in Seocheon-si, Incheon, as a proposal for the victim E (14 years of age), carried out the Daejeon speculative game called “the steel right” (17 years of age) and one million won.
