Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 19, 2014, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million by the Seoul Central District Court as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On May 5, 2020, at around 00:05, the Defendant driven Bone Star Motor Vehicle at a section of about 2 km from the street in front of the new road 0.091% of blood alcohol level to the new road 0.091% of Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, Sinsi-si, and from the street in front of the water resource construction street to the road.

Accordingly, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.
