Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On February 25, 2008, the Defendant entered into a joint agreement with C&C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C&CB”) on the construction of Taedo-dong 49-5, Taedo-dong, Taedo-dong (hereinafter “instant joint agreement”). The main content of the agreement is as follows.
