The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds of appeal is unreasonable. 2. The defendant's above assertion disputing this point is not acceptable, in full view of the following circumstances: (a) the defendant has been punished several times for a sex offense similar to the judgment of the court; (b) the degree and circumstance of the act of obscenity in this case; and (c) the defendant's age, character and conduct, environment, family relationship; (d) motive, means and consequence of the act in this case; (b) the motive of the act in this case; (c) the means and consequence thereof; and (d) the risk of recidivism.

3. Accordingly, we cannot accept the Defendant’s appeal under Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
