A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal facts]

1. The Defendant, at around 10:00 on January 20, 2018, opened a studio in front of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, where the victim D parked, and opened a studio in the vehicle and kept under custody of the driver’s seat, the Defendant shall collect money and valuables equivalent to KRW 200,000 in total, including one color hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand hand, driver’s license, resident registration certificate, community credit cooperative, community credit card, lot card, cash 190,000, etc.

2. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door in front of G cafeteria located in F in the Geum-gu, Busan on February 15, 2018; (b) opened a door in which the victim H was parked and entered the door into the vehicle where the victim H did not correct I private taxi vehicles; and (c) removed the victim’s market price which was located in the air stuff, one non-tested half of the market price and KRW 77,00 in cash.

3. On February 4, 2018, the Defendant, at around 13:00 on the street in front of “K” located in the Geumdong-gu, Busan, the Defendant opened a string door with no correction of a private taxi vehicle parked by the victim L, and takes money and valuables equivalent to KRW 650,000,000, including three copies of the cash card owned by the victim and 3,000, cash 300,000, in the market price of which are located between the string and the string of the driver’s seat, and 650,000,000,000, in total.
