1. The defendant,

A. (1) On February 29, 2016, Plaintiff A’s KRW 100,000 and its corresponding KRW 100,000 for Plaintiff A, and (2) for Plaintiff B.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendant is a person who, with I Co., Ltd., entered into a sales agency and PM contract (project distribution contract) of the “K” combined shopping mall construction and sales business in Sejong J (hereinafter “instant new shopping mall sales business”), and the Plaintiff A, B, C, D, E, and F are investors in the Defendant, and Plaintiff G is a person who introduced Plaintiff A, B, D, E, and F to the Defendant.
